Hailing from a middle-class family, Bhogoban Das lives with his wife, two children and father. While his wife, Annapurna hopes for extra income, his honesty at work earns him the ire of his boss.

Bhogoban vents by pelting stones at his manager’s photo. Suddenly, Adideb appears as Lord Mahadev to guide him. Bhogoban spots him at home too. Afterward, the landlord decides to sell the house.

Worried about poor sales of his hosiery company, Bhogoban emails the top boss. Upset by his boldness, the manager fires him. Later, he has an unexpected encounter with Lord Adideb under a tree.

Bhogoban can't believe when Adideb appears in front of him and claims to be Lord Mahadev. When Adideb takes Shiva’s familiar form and opens his third eye, Bhogoban bows and accepts him as the Lord.

Annapurna’s sister Sampurna arrives with her husband, Sotyo. Sobuj takes his service revolver and threatens everyone. Bhogoban fails to gather the courage to tell Annapurna he lost his job.

Disguised as a commoner, Lord Shiva appears to Bhogoban Das, a struggling middle-class man, and guides him through life’s challenges with lessons on virtue, family, and social responsibility.
