Valerie challenges herself to use every part of the chicken in a delicious and creative menu to minimise food waste. The Food Network's Hannah Hart joins Valerie to enjoy the benefits of her chicken challenge.

Valerie plans a `Hot in Cleveland' reunion party, with various crew members and series co-star Jane Leeves gathering for the fun. Menu items include avocado Labne toast, apricot barbecue chicken thighs and sheet pan scalloped potatoes.

Valerie prepares a meal of spring delights for her husband, Tom, and their friends, comic-actress Melissa Peterman and her husband, actor John Brady. The menu features bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin and grilled new potatoes with tarragon butter.

Valerie brings the best of the outdoors inside for a festive picnic without the bugs. The picnic table features baby back ribs, arugula corn salad, cheesy nacho tots and, for dessert, a peanut butter s'mores pie and cinnamon hot chocolate.

Valerie's friend, Amy, is a private chef and caterer who needs inspiration for a few new Italian dishes. The menu items include ribollita, porchetta, cantaloupe and radicchio salad with a reduced balsamic vinaigrette and, for dessert, lemon tiramisu.

Valerie prepares a meal for an outdoor screening of one of her favourite classic films, the 1937 version of `A Star Is Born'. The menu includes brisket sliders with white barbecue sauce, horseradish potato salad, and crunchy Manchego fig straws.
