S1, E6: After ending the agreement with the Albanians because of Maria, Michele seeks to repair relationships and save the family business. He also tries to help Mezzafemmina, now a drug addict, by taking him in and asking a friend to watch over him. Unfortunately, Gaetano escapes for one last hit, which proves fatal. During a neighborhood celebration for Maria's brother's wedding, Maddalena, who loves Michele, asks him to accompany her, but he reveals his heart still belongs to Maria.
