L'emmerdeur

Hit man Ralf Milan (Lino Ventura) arrives at a hotel with one purpose: to shoot a crime witness that he has been hired to kill. However, as Milan meticulously prepares for his assassination, the man in the room next door disturbs him. Francois Pignon (Jacques Brel) is distraught about his wife leaving him and interrupts Milan by attempting suicide from the gunman's window. In order for Milan to finish his deadly work, he has to convince Pignon to continue living.
