Years ago, Charlotte Cory (Connie Nielsen) was convicted of kidnapping and killing a child, even though the body was never found. Now she's only a few days away from execution and has resigned herself to her fate -- a fact her increasingly desperate lawyer (Kelly Preston) won't accept.
