Trust & Dare

Aria and Tommaso are two teenagers. Best friends since childhood, they find themselves together again today after years apart, while their respective families are at a turning point. Surrounded by their somewhat eccentric friends, the two attend the same high school, where they discover they’ve changed but are also more alike than ever, because both are deeply afraid of others’ judgment and struggle to relate to their peers in a truly sincere way. Aria, insecure about her appearance, defends herself with sharp wit, sparing no one. Tommaso, on the other hand, naturally awkward, prefers to wear the mask of the clown so as not to reveal his anxiety issues to the world.
