Jeff leaves Cloud 9 to work at Target, and Garrett leads Glenn to believe that he's poaching other employees to go with him. In return, Glenn tries to poach employees from Target.

Mateo's undocumented status causes trouble once again. Glenn and Amy do battle with an online troll. Jonah and Cheyenne provide legal counsel for Mateo, but it could prove unhelpful.

Amy and Dina both head to the hospital to give birth, but Amy has a vastly different delivery experience after discovering her health insurance has limited coverage.

The new district manager visits and decides to make some cuts to save money. Amy and Jonah plead with her to not fire anyone and Mateo struggles to prove his skills on the cash register.
