Michael and select members of the office staff prepare for a game of basketball against the workers in the warehouse. Overly confident about his team's ability, Michael trash-talks his opponents and he makes a bet: the losing team has to work Saturday.

The escapees and Dr Tancredi are shocked when they learn the identity of Michael's visitor, who brings with her a very important piece of the escape plan.

Tensions mount after Lincoln warns Michael that someone in the group will have to remain behind, Michael makes progress in reaching the infirmary, and Abruzzi threatens to kill T-Bag if he doesn't drop out of the group.

Lincoln and Michael embark on a risky plan to free LJ from the courthouse and take him with them, Tweener hitches a lift to Utah to find Westmoreland's money, and T-Bag gets some medical assistance.

In an effort to recreate the missing piece of the tattoo, Michael gets transferred to the psych ward, seeking the help of Haywire. Meanwhile, T-Bag and C-Note have to join forces.

Michael and a badly wounded Lincoln try to outmanoeuvre Mahone, who is hot on their trail, and enlist the help of an old friend. Meanwhile, Sara is arrested upon her release from hospital.
