When the radio demon Alastor returns after years, the Vee Lords are the first to notice and the first to strike. Meanwhile, Angel Dust struggles to welcome the hotel's new guest.

In hell, trust does not come easily. When the hotel's newest enemy causes tension, Charlie insists on trust exercises for daily activities, led by Vaggie.

While his boss harasses him and keeps him out of the hotel as much as possible, Angel Dust struggles to balance his professional life. When Charlie decides to help Angel, boundaries are crossed and masks fall.

Charlie's father Lucifer, finally shows interest in her life, and try's ends his old ways of being a dead beat father.

Charlie and Vaggie make their way to Heaven to speak to Adam's manager. Meanwhile, an explosive reunion gives Angel the opportunity to show how far he's come.
