Hanako From the Bathroom

S1, E6: Kumi Sato wakes up from a dream of a girl being dragged into the school bathroom by Hanako-san the Toilet Girl. She discovers a child's handprint on her arm. Then she learns that her classmate Michiko Takahashi died suddenly of a heart attack.
