S1, E2: Kohana has been chosen to sit on the Hoshi Festival executive committee with Teika, who has unfortunately declared her his nemesis due to years of bad blood between their families. When none of the other members of the committee show up to the first meeting, Teika demands that they find new members, but Kohana promises she'll convince them to come.
