S1, E1: One year after the last battle with the Protodeviln. Basara leaves Fire Bomber behind to wander through the galaxy. He visits the remote Planet Zola, one of the few planets in the galaxy along the precious Galactic Whales' migration path. However, he gets injured when he accidentally gets caught in a firefight between the Whale Poachers and Liza, an officer in the Galactic Patrol. Receiving help with his wounds from the young, music-loving Elma, he decides to stay with her and her gigantic fisherman father.
