In the year of 2020, when Covid-19 is spreading rapidly around the world, a sudden virus outbreak in Japan leads to the death of the Prime Minister. This causes the Japanese government to put in place an unprecedented plan, which is to bring back the greatest leaders from Japanese history through AI holograms and form a super cabinet with them. These famous individuals include Tokugawa Ieyasu, Sakamoto Ryoma, Oda Nobunaga, and Toyotomi Hideyoshi. On the other hand, a TV reporter, Risa Nishimura, approaches the government spokesperson, Sakamoto Ryoma, for an exclusive scoop, in order to achieve her dream of becoming an announcer.
