The Nighthawk's First Love

Graduate student Aiko has always shied away from romance because of a large birthmark on her face, but finds herself in unknown territory when a book featuring her interview about facial scars and birthmarks is made into a film. The director accepts her for who she is, and Aiko begins to fall for him.
