A suspense thriller about love, loss and betrayal, 88 weaves between two timelines, chronicling the journey our hero, Gwen (Katharine Isabelle), as she seeks out the person responsible for her lover's death. As the film flips between Gwen in her Present State and her Fugue State alter ego "Flamingo", we come to learn that Cyrus (Christopher Lloyd), her former boss and strip club owner, has been implemented in the murder of Gwen's boyfriend Aster (Kyle Schmid), and that he’s now on the hunt for Gwen. With the help of an eccentric gunrunner named Ty (Tim Doiron), Gwen/Flamingo engage in a deadly game of cat and mouse as they try to uncover the truth of what’s really going on.
