Toughest Man in Arizona

Marshal Matt Landry (Vaughn Monroe) is bringing in fugitive Frank Girard, when he discovers a tragic scene: the burnt-out remains of an Apache attack. Mary Kimber (Joan Leslie) and her two children are the sole survivors. A romance starts to develop between the marshal and Mary -- until he discovers that Mary's dead husband, Verne, is actually alive, and that he's collaborating with Girard's outlaw brothers on freeing Frank and robbing a silver shipment.
