Kosaku Hayashida (Kazuki Namioka), who runs a real estate company, visits Teikoku Financial one day to request a loan of 20 million yen. Hayashida owns a piece of land where he used to live, and based on his documents and personality appearing trustworthy, Haibara decides that it seems safe to grant the loan. However, it turns out that Hayashida is a swindler who impersonated the landowner. Regretting his own wrong judgment, Haibara desperately starts searching for the fugitive Hayashida.
