Thomas& Friends: The Great Discovery is a 2008 special full-length film made for the British children's television series Thomas& Friends, based on The Railway Series by the Reverend Wilbert Awdry. Being the second full-length special film made for the series after Calling All Engines in 2005, it features the narration of Irish actor Pierce Brosnan, known for his role in the James Bond film series as the titular character.
