Chunwoo, a sergeant who is soon to be discharged from military service, comes across the winning lottery ticket, but the heart-bursting excitement does not last long as it accidentally ends up crossing the Military Demarcation Line flying away to North Korea. Yongho, a North Korean soldier, finds and picks up the winning lottery ticket of the prize money of 5.7 billion won near the border. Chunwoo faces losing the prize money from under his feet while Yongho must change the piece of paper into the prize money. The battle to get the 5.7 billion won begins.
