During the World War II, the Imperial Japanese Army carried out human experiments with forbidden viruses and created Miyabi (Louis KURIHARA), the immortal vampire. Higanjima is a solitary island dominated by the vampires and monsters Miyabi has created. Following up the TV series from 2013, Akira (Shunya SHIRAISHI) and his friends chance upon the island while looking for his missing brother, Atsushi (Ryohei SUZUKI) who fought together against Miyabi. However, what was waiting for them was Atsushi who now turned into a vampire and working under Miyabi. Akira is forced to fight against his own brother Atsushi and also Miyabi who is attempting to take over Higanjima, but also the world.
