However, Princess Vanilla of Ice Cream Land has run away because she cannot make ice cream very well. She then meets Anpanman and the other heroes, and realizes the ‘real’ important ingredient in making ice cream. During all this, Bacteriaman invents the strongest mechanical "Bacteria Ice cream Robot" to turn the Ice Cream Land into the "Bacteria Ice Cream Land" and goes berserk!
