The documentary tells the story of Som Souvannalath and Phengta Ingthavong, who fled war-torn Laos in 1979. After spending two years in a refugee camp in Thailand, they accidentally arrived in a small town in Santa Fe, Argentina, due to a bureaucratic mistake.
