Anne Heywood was a British actress who brought her acting talents to Hollywood films. Heywood began her acting career appearing in various films, such as the historical film "Dangerous Exile" (1957) with Louis Jourdan, the Dirk Bogarde adaptation sequel "Doctor at Large" (1957) and "Floods of Fear" (1958). She also appeared in "A Terrible Beauty" (1960) and "Carthage in Flames" (1961). Her passion for acting continued to her roles in projects like "Vengeance" (1964). She followed this prestigious recognition with roles in "A Run on Gold" (1969), "The Chairman" (1969) and "I Want What I Want" (1971). Toward the end of her career, she continued to act in "Le Monache di Sant'Archangelo" (1972), "Trader Horn" (1973) and "La Prima volta sull'Erba" (1975). She also appeared in "Good Luck, Miss Wyckoff" (1979). She also had a part in the TV miniseries "Sadat" (1983-84). Heywood more recently acted in "Secrets of the Phantom Caverns" (1983) with Robert Powell. Heywood's husband was Raymond Stross.
