Day six of the sales ends with an outing to the pub recommended by the one-day part-timer who is a social butterfly. The atmosphere livens up for Ajoong's farewell party as the team begins to open up after raising a couple glasses of beer.

Jungah Sikhye makes its official debut on the menu board! Will Kyungho successfully recreate the taste of his teacher and the actress Yum Jungah's original recipe, and earn a positive reaction from the boss duo and the others? Meanwhile, Juhwan introduces his ambitious new menu, kongguksu, made with the beans that were brought here all over from LA. Will it appeal to the taste buds of the locals? The following day is day six of the sales, and the first sikhye customer arrives, all thanks to Mr. Cha's excellent sales skills. But just as Kyungho starts to scoop out the sikhye that was taken out of the fridge, he realizes that it has become a frozen ice block of sikhye. Will Kyungho successfully make his first sale of Jungah Sikhye?

Mr. Cha treats everyone to their first team dinner on Hyojoo's last day. Laughter fills the fancy restaurant as they wrap up their long, exhausting day of work. The very next day is day four of the sales, and the market welcomes Kim Ajoong the rookie part-timer who is all fired up for work. Though she is new to everything related to market business, will she come to learn the ropes and become an outstanding employee? Meanwhile, Kyungho and Byungeun finally leave on their long-awaited "business" trip to LA with a ton of luggage in hand. But what crisis will the two face upon arrival?

Ajoong becomes a kimbap master thanks to Insung and Juhwan's special training. She quickly moves on to learn how to work the counter under Kyeongrim, but will she be able to successfully make her debut as a cashier? Just then, their invited guests from the fancy restaurant where they held their first team dinner arrives. From Mr. Zo's signature daege ramyeon dish to Korean banchan, how will the restaurant owner and chef react to having a Korean full-course meal? Meanwhile, Byungeun and Kyungho finish buying everything on their sikhye ingredient list and decide to go on an LA getaway tour of Korean food mukbang and a walk down Kyungho's memory lane.

Episode 9

It is another hectic day of dinner sales, but with customers ranging from a lovey-dovey middle-aged couple to an acquaintance of Mr. Zo's from middle school and taekwondo academy, the restaurant somewhat becomes a Clubhouse in Marina. Meanwhile, Kyeongrim opens up a makeshift counseling office for Ajoong, the striving rookie part-timer. That is when Mr. Cha challenges Ajoong in a boxing arcade punch-out, with the stakes being her early departure ticket to Korea. Who will be the winner? Day four of the sales ends on a sad note as Kyeongrim says goodbye to the team, but with her departure comes Kyungho's latest menu, the Jungah Sikhye!
