クリストファー・マイケル

Christopher Michael is a prolific character actor who most frequently appears as a police officer, security guard, or the like in both film and television. He began his career in small films in the mid-1980s, and by 1988 he landed his first TV appearance, beginning a consistent run of parts that would carry all the way through the 2000s. Michael's notable recurring TV parts include five episodes as a security guard on the hit hospital drama "ER," spanning from 1997 to 2004; six episodes as 'Coach' on the ABC Family dramatic comedy "The Secret Life of the American Teenager," from 2008 to 2010; and, far and away the biggest gig of his career, as Sergeant Michaels on the successful family drama "7th Heaven"--a series about the life lessons learned among a minister father, a stay-at-home mom, and their seven children--where he appeared on 45 episodes over more than a decade, from 1996 to 2007. In 2010, Michael broke tradition when he earned a significant supporting role, as Secretary of Defense, in the Mario Van Peebles-directed action-thriller "Kerosene Cowboys," about an elite flight squadron. Michael has appeared in roughly 100 films or TV series in nearly a 30-year career in the industry.
