Matthew Tompkins was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He also starred in the TV movies "Rise & Walk: The Dennis Byrd Story" (Fox, 1993-94) and "Walker, Texas Ranger: Sons of Thunder" (CBS, 1996-97). During the early stages of his acting career, Tompkins worked in films like the Dan Brook adventure "G. Whilliker!" (1993). He also starred in the TV movies "Still Holding On: The Legend of Cadillac Jack" (1997-98), "Wishbone's Dog Days of the West" (Showtime, 1997-98) and "Logan's War: Bound By Honor" (CBS, 1998). Tompkins focused on film in more recent years, appearing in "The Operator" (2001) and the Paul Giamatti dramatic period piece "Parkland" (2013). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Longmire" (2011-). Tompkins most recently acted in the crime feature "Sicario" (2015) with Emily Blunt.
