Sayuri Yoshinaga

Sayuri Yoshinaga was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Yoshinaga's career in acting began with her roles in various films like the Osamu Takizawa action film "Senso to Ningen" (1973), "Kaikyo" (1983) and "Ohan" (1985). She also appeared in the Keiko Kishi drama "The Makioka Sisters" (1985) and "Yumechiyo Nitsuki" (1985). She continued to act in productions like "Genkai Tsurezure Bushi" (1986), "Eiga Joyu" (1988) and "Gekashitsu" (1992). She also appeared in "Tengoku No Taizai" (1992) and "Nagasaki Burabura Bushi" (2000). Film continued to be her passion as she played roles in "Genji - A Thousand-Year Love" (2001), "Maboroshi no Yamataikoku" (2008) and "Kabei: Our Mother" (2009). She also appeared in "Otouto" (2010) and "A Chorus Of Angels" (2012). Most recently, Yoshinaga acted in "Nagasaki: Memories of My Son" (2015).
