Koharu is drawn into a strange club that deconstructs typical clubs, imagines how said clubs could be improved, and then actually tries a wild mash-up of two disparate club activities.

Koharu's fellow club members seem to think she may be the main character, and Yua has the ability to hear Koharu's voice-over narration.

Hiina and the others teach Koharu who the real characters at their school are; later, they deconstruct and reconstruct shogi, then have a giant-sized shogi game with a twist in the school gym.

There's a connection between the student council and the Tesaguri Club; Koharu is nervous about how other students view the club; Yua cracks.

After the school changes to summer uniforms, Koharu notices something about Hiina's chest; after school, the club meets to riff on the cycling club and come up with new ideas to improve it.

The Tesaguri Club tackles the high school brass band; Aoi doesn't care for the idea of a coed club, but it gives Koharu the chance to introduce a romantic element to the proceedings.
