Little Tokyo is an old-fashioned Japanese city populated by robotic animals where samurai cats working out of a pizzeria punish packs of pillagers to maintain peace.

Speedy serves a pizza to Lucille, but Guido pops up and steals the pizza to deliver it to Lucille himself; as they continue to reach their destination, they continuously steal the pizza from each other.

Lucille's brother, Wally, is captured by the Ninja Crows and hypnotized for being the driver of the giant Sushi making robot.

Bad Bird finds a document which says that gold is hidden beneath the Little Tokyo castle; with the help of Ninja Crows he manages to hijack the train with the Lucille being one of the passengers; they are ordered to dig to find the gold.
