Mangetsu Kohinata is transported to an illusory world which plays host to Granbelm, a series of magical battles that determine which mage is worthy of the title of Princeps.

On the night of a blood-red full moon, Kohinata Mangetsu, a completely ordinary high school student, finds herself caught up in a battle to determine the one true mage.

Why I'm Here
Shingetsu tells Mangetsu more about mages and Granbelm, but when she determines that Mangetsu has no intention of fighting, she attempts to erase her memories.

The Bell Tolls at the Full Moon
Mangetsu and Anna meet in a chance encounter at school, whereupon Anna tells Mangetsu that Shingetsu ruined her family.
EPISODE 4
Feng Shui Master Lin Fen Fen
Mangetsu experiences her second Granbelm, where she and Shingetsu struggle to defeat Nene's Armanox, Ji Guan Long.
EPISODE 5
A Small Girl's Small Wish
Nene reveals her identity to Mangetsu and Shingetsu, vowing to fight them fair and square come the next full moon.
EPISODE 6
Magic Stones
After getting a glimpse of Nene's past, Mangetsu realizes what it means to fight in Granbelm; meanwhile, Anna attempts to steal the Fugo family's powerful magic stone.
