Baek Seung-chan works at the KBS Entertainment Department to see his college crush; he makes a mistake on his first day of work and causes some misunderstandings.

The "2 Days and 1 Night" production team starts off anew after scrapping the fourth season due to lower viewer ratings; Seung-chan joins the team and gets assigned a very important special task within five hours of joining.

Everyone picks on Seung-chan: on the way home, he unintentionally witnesses Jun-mo and Ye-jin enter the same house together and gets very confused.

Ye-jin and Jun-mo are in danger because of Seung-chan's unexpected move; Ye-jin does not know how to handle any of it.

Cindy is left behind at the filming spot with Seung-chan; they walk all day and share an umbrella when it rains; Jun-mo explodes when President Byun visits the set.

Ye Jin helps Hong Soon produce a special broadcast.
