Tarek and Christina see a 20's Spanish style home in Santa Ana. When they see that the home still has the original architecture, they try to determine if it is going to be worth it to flip the house.

After getting a great price on a home with a pool, Tarek and Christina El Moussa find out that it is going to require a complete rehab. They also discover that it is messy and disgusting inside.
