    Rose Maiden
    Jun Sakurada has decided to isolate himself from the outside world. For fun, he orders items online, only to return them for a refund. One day, he receives a paper, asking whether or not to wind. After Jun carelessly accepts, a mysterious box appears with a doll inside. This doll, being able to move and talk, introduces herself as Shinku, the fifth doll of the Rozen Maiden. Jun enters a contract with Shinku, becoming her medium.

    Small Berry
    Nori is delighted with Shinku and dotes on her. Jun is amazed when Shinku uses magic to repair the broken window in which the clown doll had crashed through. Shinku is especially partial to having tea but is embarassed when she identified the washroom as the perfect place to have her tea. When Nori's classmate, Tomoe, came by to pass her some notes, Shinku watches her in interest. It turns out that Tomoe also owns a Rozen Maiden 'Hinaichigo' who's an extremely insecure little kid, having being lied to and sealed for a long time by her previous owner. In an effort to keep her by her side forever, Hinaichigo forcefully brings Tomoe to her alternate world. After seeing Tomoe, Jun is reminded of his former school life and wallows in depression. When the rosa mystique heats up, Jun knows that Shinku is fighting another doll. Shinku enters Hinaichigo's alternate world to take her on. When Tomoe gets hurt in the battle, Hinaichigo is reminded of all the happy times they shared and decides to

    Mercury Lamp
    Hinaichigo now lives with Jun and Nori, becoming Shinku's servant due to her loss in the Alice Game. Jun and Nori try to figure out what "unyu" is, which is what Hinaichigo calls her favorite food. Meanwhile, Suigintou, the first doll of the Rozen Maiden, appears, encountering Shinku and Hinaichigo.

    Jade Stone
    Suiseiseki, the third doll of the Rozen Maiden, is introduced from a flying box that barges into Jun's room. She takes everyone to Jun's dream world, which is actually a lifeless domain filled with memories of Jun's past.

    Stairs
    Hinaichigo and Jun must battle Suiseiseki and Shinku to get to the truth of who took Hinaichigo's strawberry from her strawberry cake.

    Tears
    Suigintou takes Hinaichigo hostage. Jun, Shinku, and Suiseiseki enter the world of Suigintou to save Hinaichigo from the clutches of Suigintou. It is also shown that Jun had brought a doll back to life by sewing its broken pieces. Shinku suddenly collapses at the end due to exhaustion.
