Hijiri Suenaga (Arimura Kasumi), a 25-year-old replacement teacher at a co-ed school, quickly becomes popular among her students. Her boyfriend Shotaro Kawai (Keita Machida) hopes to marry her, despite his demanding work schedule. However, one of her students, Akira Kuroiwa (Kenshi Okada), develops intense romantic feelings for her, creating a complicated emotional landscape.
