Police officer Koda Mari and interpreter Arikino Ryo join forces to solve multinational cases across Japan.

As time passes after Shun's kidnapping, frustration mounts among those working on the case; Wang, involved with a shadowy organization, plans to return to the mainland with a Chinese woman.

Koda visits a care facility to question Tien, a Vietnamese employee accused of stealing. During the interrogation, the interpreter spots bruises on Tien's body and believes the case may be more complex than they initially thought.

Elementary school student Koda meets Suhyun, the daughter of a nearby Korean food store, and is fascinated by the dishes she has never seen before. However, one day, Suhyun's family is arrested.
