パパとママが出かけてしまい、ペルシャは一人でお留守番をすることに。そこへ刑務所を脱走した前科１２犯の凶悪犯人・熊坂がやって来た。日本に来て間もないペルシャは、熊坂をお客さんだと思い込み、ペルシャなりにもてなすのだった。ペルシャに勉強を教えに来た学と力を、熊坂の言う通りペルシャは追い返すが、学は家の中に犯人がいることに気がついた。学と力の通報で現れた警官隊が、ペルシャストアを包囲する。ペルシャは熊坂を警官から守るため、ドライバーに変身。パトカーと派手なカーチェイスを展開する。
