Driven by revenge, young basketball lover Dan JD takes the alias "Dunk Mask," wreaks havoc upon Rolling Town, and gains significant notoriety after he disrupts a Big Foot Basketball match.

Discharged after a one-year prison term, Dan realizes his actions inspired players across the city; his troubles mount as he faces a massive debt to repay the damages and a player calling herself Platinum Gale, who demands a match.

Iceman Hotty, a player from the game Dan disrupted the previous year, crashes Dan's match with Sela.

A shoemaker from the moon provides the players with special sneakers for their mecha; Dan works out a strategy for his next match against Iceman.

Police put a stop to Dan, Sela and Iceman's three-way match, but Haruka brings them together to fight a team of three underground players; an escaped Flora arrives in Rolling Town and comes across Coco.

The players' destructive Basquash game leads the city to put a ban on the new sport, but as news spreads, Big Foot Basketball players get into the game by establishing the Open City Basketball league.
