A 10-hour, five part docudrama whichspans the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, presenting some of its best-known stories, including Noah's Ark, the Exodus, Daniel in the lion's den and the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus.
EPISODE 1
Beginnings
The descendants of Noah devise a plan for humanity to believe in God. The townspeople find their faith in a false prophet. God asks Abraham to leave his country to make a new one elsewhere.
EPISODE 2
Homeland
Samson decides to marry Timna without caring that she is a Philistine. A general decides to take his eyes off Samson thinking that with that he will cease to be the strongest man in the world.
EPISODE 3
Hope
Nebuchadnezzar carries out his plans to destroy Jerusalem. Jeremiah decides to flee Jerusalem to avoid being imprisoned. Daniel is forced to work in Nebuchadnezzar's court.
EPISODE 4
Mission
The Pharisees are happy to see Jesus arrive in Jerusalem. Jesus makes a paralyzed man walk again. Pharisee refuses to accept that Jesus is the son of God.
EPISODE 5
Passion
Judas decides to kill himself after betraying Jesus. Pilate orders Jesus to be beaten to prevent his people from killing him. After being crucified, Jesus dies in the arms of Mary.
