Beethoven (John Shum) and Achioo (Richard Ng) were ordered to investigate Ha, who was a smuggler and drug dealer. They knew that Ha had kept every detail of his criminal transactions in a book which was guarded by his mistress. With the help from a secret informer they found the mistress but she had been killed already. Fortunately a mysterious lady came to guide them......
