S4, E6: Kermit is stunned when Miss Piggy announces that tonight’s show has been cancelled…in honor of his BIRTHDAY! So begins a “This Is Your Life”-style tribute to her beloved Kermie, featuring a visitor from his past, flashy musical extravaganzas and much more. But the flabbergasted frog has an even bigger surprise in store for his unsuspecting pals! The festivities commence with a huge, ensemble production number: “Be A Frog” (a.k.a. “Be A Clown”), featuring pigs dressed as frogs and frogs dressed as…frogs. The amphibian-worship hits a high note as Robin sings “Frog Kissin’”; the Swedish Chef immortalizes Kermit in chopped liver; and less-than-dynamic singing duo Wayne and Wanda, back from being fired after Season One, attempt to recapture their magic – and their old jobs!
