S1, E1: Jade, Ruby, Coral and Amber get a big surprise when a new tenant arrives at the boarding house. They each feel they already have enough to deal with starting life out on their own. The siblings' parents, meanwhile, begin some trials of their own as they contend with mid-life crises.
