It is the 24th film of the popular comedy manga and anime series Crayon Shin-chan. It is directed by Wataru Takahashi, who also directed the 22nd movie Serious Battle! Robot Dad Strikes Back. The script of the film is written by comedian Hitori Gekidan along with Wataru Takahashi.
