A man who doesn't believe in love meets a woman who can’t afford to love. He is a small-time gangster who works for a loan shark for a living. SHE is a banker, but whose father is sick in the hospital, leaving a huge debt to her. For him to threaten the debtor is everyday life. For her, the loan shark’s terrible blackmail is everyday life. When the two opposites meets, he falls in love with her. To win her heart, he proposes her to write off the debt every time she goes out with him. Without any means to pay back the debt she is forced to meet him, and slowly discovers other side of him. When she finally opens her mind to him, he is trapped by his gang, and goes to jail. There he finds out that he is given a few months to live because of a brain tumor, and prepares his last gift for his only love.
