The two sailors, who were brothers in love, met again after each had carved out a world in his career. Many years later, they returned to their motherland with new hope, but unexpectedly a sudden disaster completely changed their destiny. Through the ups and downs of nine characters, this film metaphorically depicts the collapse of an old dam due to disrepair and political persecution.
