It was a time of peace as words of Ji Gong's limitless powers spread throughout the land and no demon, ghost, or evil being dared to wreak havoc except for the water demon who occasionally causes trouble by flooding the river. One day, the water demon gathers other forces to create a tsunami that threatens to engulf the land. Ji Gong steps up to save the day but realizes that there is a bigger conspiracy behind the plan. With the help from Fatty Fairy and permission from the Jade Emperor, Ji Gong summons some powerful gods to the human realm to defeat the demons.
