Joo-an (IM Jun-sik) works as an escort driver for call girls at a karaoke bar, including Mo-ran and Se-ryoo. Yo-da (IM Chae-seon) can’t seem to get a date because of the huge birthmark on his face. Deok-jeong (KIM) is a wannabe rocker who worships Kurt Cobain. They are a handful of ordinary twenty-something urbanites with no particular plan for the future, living one day at a time. In order to raise money for Yo-da to have his birthmark removed, the three friends organize a charity concert at a small restaurant, which unsurprisingly fails miserably. Dejected, Yo-da decides to become a fisherman and heads to the port town of Gunsan. Accompanied by his friends for a send-off that none of them will ever forget, their trip winds up including a random act of heroism that serves as the grand conclusion to their lives as reckless youths.
