Toby, a troubled young man who lost his girlfriend in a tragic accident begins to put his life back together again. After spending years in a psychiatric institute, he takes a job as a tutor for a beautiful woman, Laura, who lives in her aunt’s lonely mansion. But Toby’s memories and this strange new environment quickly devolve into something supernatural when he decides that his student is possessed.
