In 2047, The Technology of Surveillance, Forensic Investigation and Weapon Automation of Hong Kong has ordered the government to abolish all crime syndicates using the most advanced technologies. Those who escape look for the true meaning of crime via old movies by copying the image of a gangster. After quitting the gangster life, Tung works in a car shop with low wages. His old enemy, Kurou, leads a group of cyborg soldiers called “Iron Heads” to persecute the old gangsters including Tung and his older brothers. Tung seeks help from Hong Kong Master, a legendary man who merges technology and Feng Shui, to defeat his enemy. With two magical weapons, Tung and his brothers put their lives at risk to defend their homeland and defeat the Iron Heads.
