J.D. (Zach Braff) and Elliot (Sarah Chalke) struggle to keep their newfound sizzling romantic relationship under wraps while at the hospital, but when the inevitable happens, they boldly display their mutual affection in public -- which only results in turbulence when she thinks he doesn't respect her enough.
