Actor Mel Fair was most commonly known for his roles in television dramas. Early on in his acting career, Fair spent time on a variety of series with roles in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (1997-2003), "The District" (CBS, 2000-04) and "CSI: Miami" (CBS, 2002-2012). He also appeared in "Hunter" (NBC, 2003) and "Criminal Minds" (CBS, 2005-). He next focused his entertainment career on film, appearing in the Drew Fuller dramatic adaptation "The Ultimate Gift" (2007), the horror sequel "Halloween" (2007) with Malcolm McDowell and the Shah Rukh Khan adventurous drama "My Name is Khan" (2010). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Do Not Disturb" (Fox, 2008). He also appeared in the horror sequel "The Collection" (2012) with Josh Stewart. Fair most recently acted on "Mary + Jane" (MTV, 2016).
